Musical Mondays – Move For the Movement

I had  such a great weekend filled with a few surprises I cannot reveal just yet and I did a 10km big walk for charity yesterday so much fun but I will go into more detail about that soon. Today’s Musical Monday is all about dance again hope you enjoy it.

On Friday while busy browsing my YouTube subscriptions  I saw Ian Eastwood and Brian Puspos loaded a new video that caught my attention. As most of you know if you have read any of my previous posts Courteney and I are all about dance as she is a dancer and I love watching all kinds of dance and get involved with Marketing and PR for her dance Academy Out of Africa. So with that said we watch loads of dance videos and follow some of the great dancers from America like the Most wanted Crew where Ian and Brian come from and Courteney’s absolute favorite Chachi Gonsolves from  I.aM.mE Crew.

The latest #CokeREDMoves campaign is a global initiative where dancers from all over the world can get involved a “move for the movement.” It is so simple head on over to www.cokeREDmoves.com download the track empire of the sun make a quick dance video load it on YouTube or Instagram. Name  it #CokeREDMoves and you  done. By getting involved you are supporting the global  movement of helping children with HIV and Aids.

This year, Coca-Cola donated $1 million to the Global Fund, the recipient of (RED) monies, to help finance HIV/AIDS programs on the ground in Africa. For each of the first 1,000 dance videos uploaded with #CokeREDmoves as a hashtag or title, Coca-Cola will make a further donation to the Global Fund equivalent to more than 60 days of life-saving medicine for someone living with HIV. If you want your video supported by DanceOn and its 7 million subscriber-base, tweet #cokeredmoves @danceonnetwork with your video link, and DanceOn will re-tweet you.

I loved that through dance and a global dance community we can contribute to something greater than we could ever know and using the talents God has given us  for something great. So needless to say when I got home I was so excited to tell Courteney and with no hesitation we edited a video and loaded it up.

Check it out below let me know what you think.
