Hope you all good I cannot believe it is Friday already and the last day of January 2014. A month ago I was chilling on the beach in Phuket excited to see in the new year. I am happy to say the month back home has been busy but good. I am still sticking to everything I promised myself I would and very focused on getting into shape this year. As most of you know my other half Courteney is a hip hop dancer, we did this photo-shoot awhile back, so this is a real Flashback Friday. It was a Hip Hop inspired shoot. It was so impromptu we got a call an hour before heading to the location so, in an hour, we put a few looks together. I did make up a very little I know about make up, but I made magic nun the less.
Hip Hop Dance is another way to keep fit. It is so much fun and who doesn’t like to dance even if you can’t, it just makes it more fun.
