Last night I went to watch the latest installment of the Hunger Games, Catching fire. I loved the Hunger Games watched it 3 times to
date. May the odds be forever in your favour.
I never read the books and the first time I watched it I didn’t know what to expect so everything caught me by surprise. Katniss Everdene what a force to be reckoned with. I love her strong personality and stubborn streak but at the same time her, vulnerability, sensitivity and goodness shines strong.
Jennifer Lawrence plays the part perfectly capturing your every emotion in this new installment. I will admit it starts off very slow getting you all involved in the story and I kept waiting for the action to start but when it did It will have you on edge an I literally jumped a few times.
I loved the special effects and kind of wished it was in 3D though just to give it that extra bit of drama but it was amazing. I don’t want to give too much away especially if you have not watched it yet but all I will say is the ending was unnecessary left me completely unsettled, it felt like the movie was just getting started then the abrupt ending.
So needless to say I am so intrigued to find out what happens next that I am thinking of downloading the audible book because I cannot wait an entire year to find out
