My first blog post (how original):

I’m not much of a writer at all, that’s why all the posts so far have been written by Thalea AKA Cherry. I have a lot to say though and a lot of opinions, strong ones at that. I’m not quite sure how to start this, so I guess I’ll just start somewhere…

I often think that if everyone thought like me the world would be a better place but the truth is, if everyone thought like me, we’d all probably be mental or something #LOL. But there is method to my madness trust me. What I mean by this is, that I honestly always try to see the best in people no matter your past or what you’ve done. For those of you who know me well you’d agree.  I’m not perfect but I serve a loving God who is perfect. I slip up every day I know but I’m going to keep moving forward no matter what.

I am young and those of you who are older and reading this, please bear with me and keep an open mind. I know I still have so much to learn about this wonderful world we live in! What I do know is that it slows down for nobody. Life will hit you hard in the face, wait for you to get back up just so it can knock you down even harder!

I have learnt a lot about growing up over the past year and that you get many kinds of people in this world. 3 main types have stuck out to me, so here we go, maybe you can relate???

1. People who have walked into wall after wall and are just going around in circles aimlessly;
2. People who have walked into wall after wall but are deciding to turn the other direction;
3. People who still have a choice between walking into the wall or turning the other direction.

Lucky for us there is a beautiful thing called Hope 🙂

The main thing I want to say is that there is Hope, love and God’s grace and without him where and what would we be! We’d be Hopeful souls wandering around aimlessly, knocking into walls #lol yup that’s what we’d be.

I don’t know if that made complete sense or even if it was grammatically correct or maybe it was a load of pointless young wisdom. Nevertheless, it has been on my mind and I felt the need to share it.
